PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

SHIPPING:  Orders are shipped anywhere in the contiguous USA. Orders are normally shipped with 2 business days vis USPS or UPS ground service. Although most orders are shipped within 2 days, some items may take 7-10 days to ship due to the popularity or availability of an item. Our products are shipped by various distributors within the US. If your item is backordered, PupProperty will send you an email with a shipping timeline.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Standard shipping is $4.99 for the first 2 items, and $1 for each additional item. Express shipping not available.

TAX: We are required to collect 8% from Washington residents.

ITEM AVAILABILITY: Occasionally we may take your order and consequently discover that an item is not available for shipping (i.e. backordered, sold out). In such cases we will notify you of the status and do our utmost to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

SIZING: Please measure your pet first before purchasing any of our dog collars, harnesses or apparel. The most important measurement is the chest girth. Use a cloth measuring tape to determine the size of your pup's chest in inches. Do not rely only on your pets weight. The shape of your dog is most important, and varies widely with dogs of the same weight.

RETURNS: Items that arrive defective are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please email us immediately if this occurs- info@PupProperty.com.  Items that are ordered incorrectly (too small or big, didn't like color) may be charged a restocking fee of 15%, depending on item. Please email us prompty if there are any problems with your order. Some returns require a RA#, please contact us first so we may provide you with the proper return information. Due to health regulations, there are NO returns or exchanges on beds or toys.
