Return / Exchange Policy for Pup Property-
that arrive defective are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please
email us immediately if this occurs- info@PupProperty.com.
Proper measurement is the BEST way to avoid returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
Different manufactures use different sizing scales. Please read each one carefully. In the event you purchased the wrong size please fill out our Return/Exchange Request Form. Some of our manufactures do NOT accept returns or have strict limits. Please read restrictions below.
- There are NO returns on custom or personalized items
- There are NO returns on toys or dog bowls
- There are NO returns on items marked Clearance
- There are NO returns on beds, car seats, car seat covers or totes
- ALL returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt
- ALL exchange requests (same item only) are charged a $4.99 return shipping fee.
- ALL returns incur a 15% restocking fee if requesting for any reason other than received damaged
All returned / exchanged items must be in NEW condition, no exceptions. This means products are clean, no smells, no hair, garment tags still attached, and returned in original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. This policy is to ensure that all Pup Property's customers receive items in new, excellent condition. Returns are accepted solely at our descretion.
We will honor exchange requests on sizing issues for most of our products. Exchanges must be made for the same item. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of item. There is a $4.99 return shipping fee which can either be paid using the same credit card from your order, or through Paypal. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please indicate if you are requesting an exchange on our Return/Exchange Request Form.
