- Toys, dog beds, bowls, personalized and custom items are not returnable

- Returned/Exchanged items MUST have tags still attached

- Return requests MUST be made within 14 days of receipt

- Size exchanges can be requested (same item) for $4.99 to cover shipping costs.

- ALL returns incur a 15% restocking fee is requesting for any reason other than received damaged.
